Vivian Mae Hasbrouck

Vivian Mae Hasbrouck, of Lomontville, NY passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 27, 2021. She was 77 years old. Vivian was born on October 11, 1943 in Kingston, NY; she was the daughter of the late Preston and Rosewell (Markle) Every.

She married Severyn “Joe” Hasbrouck Jr. on May 27, 1967 at the Marbletown Reformed Church.  They spent years square dancing and enjoying country music together.

As a young woman, Vivian worked at IBM for several years before starting a family.  She was a faithful member of the Marbletown Reformed Church where she became the Church Organist and Music Director for Sunday School, Junior and Senior Choirs and regular Sunday service for over 30 years. The two great loves of her life were her family and music.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her daughters, Linda Cavallaro and her husband Corey and Susan Fisher and her husband Jason as well as her church family and many friends she made throughout her lifetime.

In addition to her parents, Vivian was recently predeceased by her husband Joe (2020). She was also predeceased by her sister Dolores Halwick.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, July 3rd from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home 30 42nd St., Kerhonkson. A service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Stone Ridge.
