Theresa Dziuban

Theresa Dziuban of Swan Lake, NY, passed away after a long illness on Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center. She was 89 years old. Theresa was born on October 8, 1927 in Yugoslavia; she was the daughter of Frank and Thereisa (Helmberger) Peter.

Theresa had worked for Mueller’s Company in Jersey City, NJ where she was very proud to be Supervisor of thirty employees. Theresa was also a member of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Theresa is survived by her daughter Ann Marie Dziuban of Swan Lake and her special family friends; Wayne Kostoff and Sue and Peter Luckhurst.

Theresa was predeceased by her husband Michael who passed away in 2014.

Visiting will be held on Tuesday, September 5th from 2-5 pm at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St. Kerhonkson, NY. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery.
