Randall E. McAuley

Randall E. McAuley of Kerhonkson, NY, passed away on May 7, 2015. He was 64 years old. Randy was born on February 21, 1951 in Tribes Hill, NY; he was the son of Paul and Evelyn (Shortsleeve) McAuley.

Mr. McAuley was a graduate of Schenectady High School. He had worked as a corrections officer at Eastern Correctional Facility and retired after 18 years of dedicated service. Randy was an avid chess player who enjoyed online matches as well as playing with the local chess clubs.

Mr. McAuley is survived by his wife of 35 years Toni (Rigatti) McAuley,  their son, Angelo Rittacco and his companion Theresa of FL; his brother, Paul McAuley and his wife Carol of Pattersonville, NY; his sister,  Gaynel Bliss and her husband George of Saratoga, NY; his grandsons, Joseph and Angelo Rittacco as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, May 16th from 5 to 6pm with a memorial service beginning at 6pm at the Evangelical Fellowship Church, 420 Scarawan Rd., Stone Ridge, NY. All in attendance are invited to stay for refreshments following services.
