Paul R. Warren

May 12, 1951 — February 6, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul R. Warren, affectionately known as "Fuzzy," who left us peacefully at home on February 6, 2025. He was born on May 12, 1951, in Middletown, NY, and spent his life in “Dymond City” in Sundown, NY.

Paul dedicated many years to serving the community as a truck driver for the Town of Denning Highway Department. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles, enjoyed hunting, and found joy in music. In his later years, what gave him the most joy was his great grandchildren. He lived to be Grandpa.

He is survived by his loving family, including his daughter-in-law Kathleen Warren, daughter Paula Warren-Blancato and her husband Bryan, and son Dale Warren. His legacy continues through his grandchildren – Chase Warren, Aurora and Steven McInerney, Justin Startup Jr., and Samuel Warren – and great-grandchildren Payton Barkan, Carter Barkan, Evelyn McInerney, Jayden Wood, Rosalina Wood, and Addyson Warren. He is also remembered by his brother, Harry “Randy” Warren.

Paul has been reunited in spirit with his predeceased loved ones, including his parents, Harry and Anna (Dymond) Warren, his son Samuel Warren, his grandson Brody Warren, and his brother Stephan Warren.

Paul will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His funeral service will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 2pm at the Dymond Pub on Dymond Rd in Sundown. He spent many a good time there, so the pub just seemed a fitting venue for his farewell.
