Lenny Pacht

Lenny Pacht a lifelong resident of Kerhonkson, NY passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 61 years old. Lenny was born on March 25, 1959 in Ellenville, NY; he was the son of the late Seymour and Miriam (Pomerantz) Pacht.

Before falling ill Lenny was an independent owner and operator of Thomas’ English Muffins. For many years Lenny volunteered with the Kerhonkson-Accord First Aid Squad driving the ambulance.

Lenny is survived by his loving wife, Denise Carr Pacht whom he married on April 23, 1988; their children, Jordan Pacht of Kingston and Carlee Pacht of North Syracuse, NY; his siblings, Lois Lawrence (James) of Hannacroix, NY, Ilene Mankes of Ardmore, PA and Paul Pacht (Lisa) of Accord, NY; and his aunt, Jackie Rudy of Cherryhill, NJ. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, March 24th from 4-6pm at Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St., Kerhonkson. A celebration of his life will be held at 1pm on Thursday, March 25th at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Kerhonkson Synagogue Cemetery. For those who are not able to attend, the services will be live streamed through the funeral home’s website.
