Jeremy Reynolds

Jeremy D. Reynolds, of Kerhonkson, New York, passed away on June 30, 2017 after a nearly five-year battle fighting Ewing Sarcoma. He was 25 years old. He was born March 18, 1992 in Kingston, NY; son of Shelley DePew Reynolds. 

Jeremy graduated from SUNY Ulster with an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. He enjoyed sports throughout his life, playing baseball, basketball, and golf both during high school and afterward as a hobby. Jeremy always brought a smile to everyone's faces with his quick-witted humor, even in the midst of hard times. 

In addition to his mother, Jeremy is survived by his brother Timothy Reynolds (Leslie) of Charlotte, NC, his grandfather Gerald DePew of Kerhonkson, NY, and his devoted and loving long-term girlfriend Lauren Steers of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by his uncle and aunt, Keith and Robin DePew, and cousins Jake DePew and Emily Butler (Tayshaun). In addition, he is survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

Jeremy was predeceased by his grandmother Helen DePew.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 3rd from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Humiston Funeral Home in Kerhonkson, NY. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 4th at 11:30 AM (doors open to the public at 11:00 AM) at Humiston Funeral Home, followed immediately by a burial service at Pine Bush Cemetery in Kerhonkson, NY. A celebration of life will follow the burial service at the White Wolf Restaurant in Napanoch, NY at approximately 1:00 PM.
