Jacob Underhill Hval

Jacob Underhill Hval, 35, of Kerhonkson, passed away on January 30th after a twenty year battle with schizophrenia.

Jake was a carpenter, singer and spoken word performer, and an avid outdoorsman.

He is survived by his mother, Sarah Underhill of Kerhonkson; brothers, David and Liam Underhill-Hval; sisters, Rebekah Underhill-Hval and Mary Swan; and his extended family.

He was predeceased by his father, David Hval.

A memorial celebration of his life will be held later this year.
