Carolyn H. Rider

Carolyn H. Rider life long resident of Accord, NY died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Golden Hill Rehabilitation Center. She was 91. Carolyn was born on July 3, 1917 in Queens, NY, the daughter of Charlie and Lena Markle.

On August 15, 1935 Carolyn married Calvin H. Rider at the Rochester Reformed Church in Accord. Mr. Rider died in 2000.

Carolyn was a hard worker and devoted mother who will be missed by her children; Carol McCombes of CA, Norman Rider and his wife Dorothy of Accord, George Rider and his wife Veronica of Accord, and daughter-in-law Rose Rider of Accord. Carolyn has 17 grandchildren and many many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons; Alfred and Cal.
