Bruce North

Bruce B. North of Accord, NY died Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was 62. Bruce was born on October 8, 1955 in New Jersey, the son of Ralph and Marilyn (Tyler) North.

Bruce was a longtime area resident. He had worked as a roofing contractor in Kingston working for J & A Roofing and later working on his own.

In 2001 Bruce lost his life partner, Cindy Meinecke.

Bruce is survived by his longtime companion, Carol Phillips of Accord. Also surviving are his son Tyler Corwin, his daughter Heather Meinecke, and seven step-children. Bruce also has many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Besides Cindy, he was predeceased by his brother Ralph and his sister Andrea “Tink” Amsler.

Memorial visiting hours will be Monday, June 11th from 5-7pm at Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd Street, Kerhonkson.
