Brian Demorest, Sr

Brian Demorest, Sr. of Accord, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at his home. He was 42 years old. Brian was born on August 29, 1968 in Kingston, NY; he was the son of Beverly (Osterhoudt) Demorest and the late David Demorest.

Brian was a graduate of Rondout Valley High School. He owned Demorest boxing in Kingston for over 15 years. He enjoyed photography, biking and kayaking and was a member of the Old Dutch Church in Kingston.

In addition to his mother Beverly of Accord, Brian is survived by his children Brian and Megan Demorest of Kingston, his brothers George of Kerhonkson and Scott of Accord and his maternal grandmother Ruth Osterhoudt of Ellenville.

A memorial service for Brian will be held on July 16th at 1:00pm at the Accord Fire House, Main St., Accord.
