Beulah M. “Peg” Lee an area resident for many years, passed away on February 22, 2016 at her home in Stone Ridge, NY. She was 91 years old. Peg was born on July 3, 1924 in Palentown, the daughter of the late Cora and William Dymond.
Peg loved to do knitting and crocheting. The last several years she has made a lot of different baby blankets. Some she gave away and some she sold. She also liked to do word search books and watch TV.
Surviving are her children Jean Decker of Kingston, Carol DuBois and husband Charles of Rosendale, Frances Montalbano and husband Joseph of Stone Ridge, Stewart C. Lee of Kingston and George Lee of Stone Ridge.
Peg’s husband Stewart of 72 years passed away May 7, 2015, and her daughter Sharon Bilyou passed away September 10, 2010. Also her two brothers Clayton and George predeceased her.
She also is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be held on Friday, February 26th from 4-8PM at HB Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St., Kerhonkson. A Celebration of her life is scheduled for Saturday, February 27th at 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Palentown Cemetery.
