Barry L. Dreher

Barry Lee Dreher of Nort Port, FL, formerly of Kerhonkson, NY passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 15, 2016. He was 57 years old. Barry was born on November 14, 1959 in Ellenville, NY; he was the son of Arthur and Jean (Shelton) Dreher.

Barry served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1979. He had worked for Local 17 in Newburgh, NY as a paving forman. He loved the beach and fishing. He was a loving son, father, and brother. He loved his little yorkie Gomez. He will be missed beyond words. 

Barry was predeceased by his wife Kathleen M. Dreher in 1998.

In addition to his parents Arthur and Jean of Kerhonkson, Barry is survived by his son Austin Dreher of Accord, NY; his brothers, Randall Dreher of New Orleans, Jeffrey and Timothy Dreher of Kerhonkson; his sisters, Lisa Miller-Reed of North Carolina and Michelle Altadonna of Kingston; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11 am at Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson.
