Arlene Hoffman

Hospital in Kingston, NY. She was 76 years old. Arlene was born on March 1, 1945 in Queens, NY; she was the daughter of the late William and Marion (Werger) Hoffman.

Following High School graduation, Arlene attended the Taylor Business Institute where she studied Accounting and Business Management. Arlene worked as an Accountant for Felton Worldwide, but more recently she retired from Daytop Village in Rhinebeck where she was the Assistant Director.

Arlene was passionate about helping others and traveled to Columbia to assist with rehabilitating patients who were dependent on drugs. In her down time, she enjoyed going on cruises, doing puzzles, reading and she had an eye for art.

Arlene was predeceased by her life partner, Helga Barone, her daughter, Eva Barone and her brothers, William and Richard Hoffman.

Surviving are her children, Dawn (Joseph) Mullins and their son Kevin, Rosemarie and Philip Barone, Preston and Adam Kendrick and her niece Dawn Hoffman.

A memorial service will be held at Dawn and Joseph’s home on Saturday, June 19th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Please contact Dawn at 845-594-4406 if you will be attending.
