Ann Marie Dziuban of Swan Lake, NY, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020 in the comfort of her home. She was 69 years old. Ann Marie was born on January 29, 1951 in Buffalo; she was the daughter of Michael and Theresa (Peter) Dziuban.

Ann Marie is survived by her husband Wayne Kostoff.

Private graveside services were held at Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson.
