Allen Richard Alexander

Allen Alexander of St. Remy, NY, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021. He was 46 years old. Allen was born on January 7, 1975 in Kingston, NY; he was the son of the late Denis Alexander and June (Kelsey) Alexander.

Allen was a landscaper by trade and before he fell ill worked doing tree service. For many years Allen was a volunteer firefighter with the Pioneer Fire Company in Ellenville. Allen loved nature, he enjoyed gardening and working with and taking care of animals. He will be sorely missed.

Besides his mother June, Allen is survived by his wife Catherine (Wood) Alexander; his children, Austin, Susie, Debbie and Elaina; his sister Stacy and his brother Joshua. Also surviving are his grandchildren and many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services are private and at the discretion of the family. A memorial service will be announced. Arrangements are under the guidance of Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson.
