Agnes Veronica Campbell

Agnes Veronica Campbell of Kerhonkson, NY, died Saturday, August 10, 2013. She was 89 years old. Mrs. Campbell was born on October 4, 1923 in New York City, she was the daughter of the late James and Sara (Carr) Russell.

On August 21, 1946 Agnes had married Thomas J. Campbell in New York City. Her loving husband Thomas passed away in 2002.

Agnes had lived in the area for fifty years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Kerhonkson. Above all she loved her family and will be deeply missed.

Agnes is survived by her children; Penny DePew, James Campbell, Thomas Campbell and Robert Campbell all of Kerhonkson and Joanne Kleemann of Saugerties. Her sister Barbara Shultis of Kerhonkson, 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Besides her husband Thomas, Agnes was predeceased by her daughters, Kathryn Osterhoudt and Debra Deyo, her brother Jack Russell and her sisters, Marian Meyer, Margaret Fish, Anne Verno, Ellen Kiely and Joan Taverna.

Visiting will be held Monday, August 12^th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Tuesday the 13^th at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Kerhonkson. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson.
